Thank you for choosing Alakh Art. We take pride in our digital assets, premium plans, and custom artwork commissions. Please read our refund policy carefully before making any purchase on alakh.art.

1. Digital Subscriptions & Downloads

Due to the digital nature of our assets and immediate access granted upon purchase, subscription plans and downloadable digital products are generally non-refundable. However, exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis if technical errors prevent access.

2. Custom Art Commissions

For bespoke physical art commissions or interior design solutions, deposit refunds depend on the project stage:

• Full refund if cancelled within 24 hours of initial payment and before work commences.
• Partial refund based on materials utilized and work completed if cancelled mid-project.
• No refunds once the final artwork has been dispatched or delivered.
