Find Your IPTV Login Details
Your Alakh IPTV login details are normally included in the welcome or activation email sent after your service is activated.
Depending on your service and player, you may receive a Username, Password, Portal / DNS URL and sometimes an M3U URL.
Understanding Your Login Details
1 Username
Your IPTV username is the account name used by compatible IPTV players to access your service.
Username:
yourusername123Enter the username exactly as shown in your Alakh IPTV welcome email.
2 Password
Your IPTV service password is used together with your IPTV username.
Your IPTV password may be different from the password you use to log in to the Alakh IPTV billing/client area.
Passwords can be case-sensitive, so enter uppercase and lowercase letters exactly as provided.
3 Portal / DNS URL
The Portal / DNS URL is the server address your IPTV player connects to.
Some IPTV apps may call this:
- Portal URL
- DNS URL
- Server URL
- Host URL
4 M3U Playlist URL
Some IPTV players do not use Xtream Codes login. Instead, they allow you to enter a complete M3U Playlist URL.
If an M3U URL is included with your service, copy the entire URL without changing any characters.
5 Playlist Name
Some IPTV players ask you to enter a playlist name or profile name.
This does not need to match anything on the server. You can simply enter:

When your IPTV player asks for Xtream Codes details, the screen will normally contain fields similar to these:

Do Not Use Your Billing Website as the IPTV Server
Your Alakh IPTV client-area website and your IPTV Portal / DNS URL are different things. Only enter the Portal / DNS URL supplied in your service activation details.
Login Not Working?
If your IPTV player shows an invalid username, password or authorization error:
- Check the username character by character.
- Check the password and letter case.
- Remove accidental spaces before or after the values.
- Check the full Portal / DNS URL.
- Make sure your Alakh IPTV service is still active.
- Stop playback on other devices if your plan has a connection limit.
- Try the same login in another compatible IPTV player.
Still Cannot Connect?
If the login works on another network but does not work on your normal internet connection, test another trusted network such as a mobile hotspot.
You may also test a reputable VPN where appropriate to determine whether the issue is related to network routing or your ISP. A VPN is not automatically required.

First check your inbox, spam and junk folders for your Alakh IPTV welcome or activation email.
