How to Set Up Alakh IPTV on TiviMate

TiviMate is a popular IPTV player designed mainly for Android TV and TV streaming devices.

You can connect your Alakh IPTV subscription to TiviMate using Xtream Codes or an M3U Playlist. This guide explains both methods step by step.

Important: TiviMate is an independent third-party IPTV player. Alakh IPTV provides your IPTV subscription and login details but does not own, operate or control the TiviMate application.

Which Devices Can Use TiviMate?

TiviMate is designed for television-based Android devices and is commonly used with:

  • Amazon Fire TV / Firestick
  • Android TV
  • Google TV
  • Android TV boxes
  • Other compatible Android-based TV devices
Note: TiviMate is primarily designed for TV screens and remote-control navigation. If you are using an iPhone, iPad, Apple TV, Samsung TV, LG TV, Windows PC or Mac, choose a compatible player designed for that platform.

What You Need

  • A compatible device with TiviMate installed
  • Stable internet connection
  • Active Alakh IPTV subscription
  • Your Alakh IPTV activation email
  • IPTV username
  • IPTV password
  • Portal / DNS URL
  • Or your complete M3U URL

Recommended Setup Method

When available, we recommend using Xtream Codes with TiviMate.

It keeps the username, password and server address in separate fields and is generally easier to configure and troubleshoot than manually entering a long M3U URL.

Method 1: Set Up TiviMate Using Xtream Codes

1 Open TiviMate

Open the TiviMate application on your device.

If this is your first time using TiviMate, choose:

Add Playlist

2 Select Xtream Codes

From the available playlist options, choose:

Xtream Codes

TiviMate will display fields for your server address, username and password.

3 Enter Your Alakh IPTV Login Details

Open your Alakh IPTV activation email and enter the details exactly as provided.

Server Address Your Alakh IPTV Portal / DNS URL
Username Your Alakh IPTV username
Password Your Alakh IPTV password
Enter everything exactly as provided.

Check uppercase/lowercase letters, numbers, special characters, the server address and any port number included in the Portal / DNS URL.

4 Continue

After entering your information, select Next.

TiviMate will attempt to connect to the server and process your playlist.

The first playlist load may take a little longer depending on your internet connection and the amount of available content.

5 Name Your Playlist

If TiviMate asks for a playlist name, enter:

Alakh IPTV

Complete the setup and allow TiviMate to finish processing the playlist.

Setup Complete

Once the playlist loads successfully, you should be able to browse the available Live TV, Movies, Series and programme guide information supported by your playlist.

Method 2: Set Up TiviMate Using an M3U Playlist

If you prefer to use the M3U URL provided in your Alakh IPTV activation email, follow these steps.

1 Select Add Playlist

Open TiviMate and select Add Playlist.

2 Select M3U Playlist

Choose the M3U Playlist option.

3 Enter Your M3U URL

Enter or paste the complete M3U URL from your Alakh IPTV activation email.

Keep your M3U URL private. The complete URL may contain your IPTV username and password. Do not share it publicly or post screenshots showing the full address.

4 Process the Playlist

Select Next and allow TiviMate to process the playlist.

Name the playlist Alakh IPTV if prompted.

How to Update the TV Guide / EPG in TiviMate

TiviMate can display programme information when EPG data is available and configured correctly.

If your TV Guide is empty or outdated:

  1. Open Settings in TiviMate.
  2. Open the EPG section.
  3. Select the option to update or refresh the EPG.
  4. Allow the update to complete.
  5. Return to the TV Guide and check again.
EPG times incorrect? Check the date, time and timezone settings on your streaming device.

Channels or Movies Missing? Update the Playlist

If newly added content is not appearing, refresh your playlist.

In TiviMate, open:

Settings > Playlists > Alakh IPTV

Look for the playlist update option and allow the update to finish.

TiviMate Says Login Failed or Cannot Connect?

  1. Check your Alakh IPTV username.
  2. Check your password carefully.
  3. Check uppercase and lowercase characters.
  4. Remove accidental spaces before or after your login details.
  5. Check the complete Portal / DNS URL.
  6. Make sure any port number in the URL is included.
  7. Confirm your Alakh IPTV subscription is active.
  8. Restart TiviMate and try again.

Check the Server Address Carefully

One of the most common setup mistakes is entering the Portal / DNS URL incorrectly.

Enter the server address exactly as supplied in your Alakh IPTV activation email, including http:// or https:// and the port number if one is provided.

Playlist Is Not Loading?

If your login is accepted but TiviMate cannot load the playlist:

  1. Confirm your internet connection is working.
  2. Restart TiviMate.
  3. Restart your streaming device.
  4. Restart your internet router.
  5. Try updating the playlist manually.
  6. Test your Alakh IPTV login on another compatible device or player.

  4. Restart your internet router.
  5. Stop downloads and other heavy internet activity.
  6. Use Ethernet if available.
  7. If using Wi-Fi, make sure your device has a strong signal.
  8. Test another compatible IPTV player or internet connection.

Should I Test a VPN with TiviMate?

A VPN is not automatically required to use Alakh IPTV with TiviMate.

If Alakh IPTV works on another internet connection but does not work on your normal home network, you can test a reputable VPN as a diagnostic step.

If the service works differently when connected through the VPN, the issue may be related to ISP routing or network filtering. If performance becomes worse, disconnect the VPN.

Channel Opens but Shows a Black Screen?

  1. Wait several seconds for the stream to start.
  2. Try another channel.
  3. Restart TiviMate.
  4. Restart your streaming device.
  5. Try the same channel in another compatible IPTV player.
  6. If only one specific channel is affected, report the exact channel name to Alakh IPTV Support.

Picture Works but There Is No Sound?

  1. Try another channel.
  2. Check your TV and streaming-device volume.
  3. Check whether another audio track is available.
  4. Restart TiviMate.
  5. Try the same stream in another compatible player.

Too Many Connections / Stream Limit Error

Installing TiviMate on more than one device is different from watching on several devices at the same time.

Installed devices:
Your Alakh IPTV login may be configured on multiple compatible devices.

Simultaneous connections:
The number of streams that can play at the same time depends on the connection allowance included with your Alakh IPTV subscription.

If your plan allows one simultaneous connection, stop playback on another device before starting a stream in TiviMate.

TiviMate Free vs Premium

TiviMate may offer both standard and premium functionality. Some advanced player features may require a separate TiviMate Premium purchase.

TiviMate Premium is separate from Alakh IPTV. Purchasing an Alakh IPTV subscription does not automatically include a paid TiviMate licence, and purchasing TiviMate does not include IPTV channels or an Alakh IPTV subscription.

Keep Your Alakh IPTV Login Secure

Your IPTV username, password and M3U URL should be treated as private account information.

Do not publicly post your login details or screenshots containing your complete M3U URL, username, password or server credentials.
