Does IBO Player Include IPTV Channels?
No. IBO Player is a media-player application.
Your Alakh IPTV subscription provides the playlist and service credentials. IBO Player is simply the application used to display that service.
Does IBO Player Require Activation?
IBO Player currently offers an app trial followed by a separate device licence for continued use. The current official IBO information lists a one-time activation fee per supported device.
Playlist Not Appearing in IBO Player?
- Confirm the correct MAC Address was entered.
- Confirm the Device Key was entered correctly.
- Make sure the complete M3U URL was saved.
- Restart IBO Player.
- Restart your TV or streaming device.

IBO Player Says Invalid MAC or Device Key?
If the management page cannot identify your device:
- Open IBO Player again.
- Check the MAC Address character by character.
- Check the Device Key carefully.
- Make sure you are using the device details shown by IBO Player, not your router's MAC address.
- Use the official IBO Player support channel if the device cannot be recognised.
Live TV Works but EPG Is Missing?
IBO Player states that it can use EPG information when compatible EPG data is provided by the service.
If Live TV works but programme information is missing:
- Restart IBO Player.
- Allow the playlist to finish loading.
- Check your TV's date, time and timezone.
- Try the same service in another compatible player to compare EPG behaviour.
- Contact Alakh IPTV Support if EPG is missing across multiple players.

Should I Test a VPN?
A VPN is not automatically required to use Alakh IPTV with IBO Player.
If Alakh IPTV works through another internet connection but not on your normal network, you can test a reputable VPN on a compatible device to help diagnose a routing or ISP-related issue.
Many Smart TVs cannot run standard VPN applications directly, so the test may need to be performed on a compatible streaming device or router.
Black Screen or No Picture?
- Try another channel.
- Restart IBO Player.
- Restart the device.
- Test the same channel in another compatible player.
- If only one channel is affected, report the exact channel name to Alakh IPTV Support.
Picture but No Sound?
- Check your TV/device volume.
- Make sure the device is not muted.
- Try another channel.
- Check available audio tracks if the player provides that option.
- Try the same stream in another compatible player.
Using IBO Player on Multiple Devices
Each IBO Player installation/device may have its own player licence and device details.
Separately, the number of devices that can actively stream your Alakh IPTV subscription at the same time depends on the simultaneous connections included with your Alakh IPTV plan.
Keep Your Details Secure
Never publicly share your complete M3U URL, IPTV username, IPTV password, Device Key or screenshots containing all of these details together.
